Holiday 2011

Dear friends,

The leaves have changed color and fallen, and the snow has already begun to fall (albeit very early this year). The holidays are right around the corner, reminding us to be mindful of family, friends, and the blessings that we all have.

As magical as this time of year may be, it can also present us with unique challenges. The fall and early winter weather can put a strain on our immune systems, and the stress that so often accompanies the holidays can be draining as well.

We want to remind you that, along with proper diet, lifestyle, and sleep, acupuncture can be a perfect way to help our bodies remain strong and resilient. Both acupuncture and Herbal therapies have been shown to be effective at helping to improve the circulation of blood and delivery of oxygen to the tissues, decrease heart rate, lower blood pressure, and relax the muscles.  All of this aids in boosting the immune system, and decreasing the stress that we hold in our bodies.

At New England Family Acupuncture, we believe that the most effective healing is self-initiated. We encourage everyone to be proactive in taking charge of his or her own health. Acupuncture is a great way to support each of us on our own personal path to health, balance, and wellness throughout this holiday season and beyond.

With the upcoming holidays drawing nearer, please remember that gift certificates are available in any amount and always make a great gift. The gift of health and healing is the gift that truly comes from the heart. Besides, who among us hasn’t wished to stick pins in Uncle Bob or Aunt Marge at some time or other?

We would like to thank you all for your continued business and loyalty. As a holiday gift from us, please accept $10 off of your next appointment (this may also be used when purchasing a gift certificate). Limit 1 per customer—expires March 31st, 2012.  We appreciate all of you, and send wishes for health and happiness throughout the holiday season, and the New Year.

In Health,

Julie Permut
