We kindly ask that new patients fill out their health history forms to us ahead of time, if possible. These are located under the “New Patient Forms” link. (Fertility patients, please fill out the fertility form as well). Important: all insurance patients please verify insurance coverage prior to your initial visit.
DIRECTIONS
From the library in downtown Peterborough:
Follow Union St. approximately 1 mile.
Turn Left onto Steele Rd., which is just past the Animal Hospital.
You will go over a bridge and see a sign: “Nubanusit Neighborhood and Farm.”
Bear right at the fork to enter.
We are the first building on the right- you’ll see a sign that says “Governor’s House.” You may park in the lot in front of the building.
Our street address is 25 Steele Rd., Peterborough, NH 03458.
*Note* On GPS, it comes up correctly as “Nubanusit Neighborhood”, although it doesn’t take you past the entrance at Steele Rd. Therefore, please follow the above directions.
About our location
We are located inside of the Nubanusit Neighborhood and Farm. Nubanusit is a private cooperative housing neighborhood on 113 acres, centered around sustainability and ecological awareness. The buildings are environmentally designed, energy efficient, and quality built, and the neighborhood features pedestrian-only walkways. There is also a working farm with a CSA. The Nubanusit Brook courses serenely through the property, supplying a continuous flow of positive, healing energy.
Our clinic is located in the Governor’s House, the neighborhood’s only office building. The Governor’s house has handicap access, and we are easily reachable on the first floor. Our building is beautifully crafted with hardwood floors, an abundance of light, a fireplace, and stunning mountain views. We warmly welcome you into our peaceful and serene healing space.

Please call our office for current rates. Rates may vary depending on the service(s) provided.
Payment or co-payment/ co-insurance is due at the time of service. Self-pay rates include a prompt payment discount. For your convenience we accept cash (exact change appreciated), check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with a major credit card logo are also accepted.
INSURANCE
We currently accept the following health insurances: Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim. Please note that we are unable to accept Medicare at this time. Prior to your initial visit, please verify that your plan has acupuncture coverage, any deductible, co-pay or co-insurance, number visits allotted per year, and any other specifics or restrictions on your policy. If your plan does not cover acupuncture, or if we are not in network with your insurance provider, you will be responsible for full payment at the time of service, less a time of service discount. Where reimbursement is possible, we will be more than happy to supply you with a detailed HCVA Form 1500 receipt to submit.
