Thursday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Friday 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays.

We kindly ask that you arrive with your new patient forms pre-filled out. Please note, you must contact us for insurance coverage information prior to your first appointment.

CURRENT RATES

Consult - By Phone or In Person

  • $35 - paid in full before the consult begins

Initial Evaluation and Acupuncture

  • $108 (uninsured and Medicare patients)
  • $102 (Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna and Harvard Pilgrim patients)
  • Insurance Co-payment plus $35 (Select Cigna, MHBP and VA plans- until we can verify your insurance coverage, we ask that you pay the out-of-pocket rates above)

Follow-Up Acupuncture

  • $70 (uninsured and Medicare patients)
  • $65 (Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna and Harvard Pilgrim patients)
  • Insurance Co-payment (Select Cigna, MHBP and VA plans - until we can verify your insurance coverage, we ask that you pay the out-of-pocket rates above)

Payment or co-payment is due at the time of your visit.  For your convenience we accept cash (exact change appreciated), check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
