We hope that you and your families are staying healthy, happy, and well. We extend our love, compassion, and support to everyone, recognizing that this is a period of great challenge and change for our global family.
WE ARE OPEN AND WELOMING NEW PATIENTS!
Our staff and practitioners are fully vaccinated, and we have safety guidelines in place for everyone’s protection. While the new guidelines mean we must make some changes to our flow, we remain dedicated to bringing you the natural, compassionate, and effective health care you have come to know and trust.
The measures are: Virtual waiting room (in the car), intake interviews on the porch, Covid screening and hand sanitization upon entry, mask requirement, and disinfection of surfaces before and after each patient.
If anyone exhibits symptoms of Covid-19, they will not be allowed to enter the building, and will be referred to their primary care physician for testing and/or treatment. For Covid positive patients who would like to receive treatment with Chinese Medicine, we can prescribe an herbal formula through a remote intake, and have the herbs shipped directly to the patient’s home. In China, Chinese Herbal Medicine has been very successful in treating Covid-19, assisting thousands of infected patients to make a full recovery.
We recognize not everyone will feel comfortable coming in for treatment at this time. Therefore, we continue to offer telehealth sessions. Telehealth involves an evaluation, consultation, and optional distance treatment. The consult may also include a Chinese herbal medicine prescription, yoga or exercise recommendations, self acupressure/massage/moxibustion, and/or nutritional advice. Feel free to inquire if you’d like more information about any of these wonderful therapies that are available to you from the comfort of your home.
We are pleased to be able to continue offering you healing and support during these challenging times. In addition to addressing your current health concerns, there is a lot Chinese Medicine can offer to support your immune system and mental/emotional health. It is our birthright to thrive, even during a global pandemic. In fact, if we do this right, we will emerge on the other side of this experience healthier, wiser, and more resilient. Please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here, for you.
*We follow the state of NH’s safe travel guidelines. If you are planning a trip or have recently traveled, please visit this website before coming in to make sure you are abiding by the guidelines, for your safety and ours. We also ask that you please wait 4 days upon arrival before coming in, to monitor for symptoms.
New England Family Acupuncture provides Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to people of all ages in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire. We specialize in, but are not limited to, the treatment of chronic pain and women’s health. For a comprehensive list of what acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine can treat, please see Conditions Treated.
Acupuncture shouldn’t be painful or scary. Instead, it should leave you feeling deeply relaxed, with a general sense of well-being. It is our mission to treat every patient with respect and compassion, providing care that honors your body, mind and spirit.
When you establish care with us, you will receive an in-depth evaluation, including pulse and tongue diagnosis, to help us understand and address both the causes (“roots”) and the symptoms (“branches”) of your condition. We then develop an individualized treatment plan and offer you guidance for healthy lifestyle changes to support the healing process. If we are unable to help you, we do our best to help you determine how to proceed.
Are you ready to stop chasing your symptoms and begin the journey toward balance and wellness? Please call us today at 603.924.3400.
Whatever your healthcare needs, we are here for you. Whether you need an immunity boost, relaxation and stress relief, or targeted support for an acute or chronic issue, please give us a call at 603.924.3400. We are looking forward to working with you!
