Meet the Acupuncturist
Christina Wolf, MAOM, LAc is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture, one of the oldest and most prestigious Oriental Medicine programs in the country. She was among the first acupuncturists to be licensed in New Hampshire and has maintained a practice in Peterborough since early 2000.
In 2006 Christina completed advanced studies in the treatment of infertility with acupuncture with Lynn Swirda, LAc, a leading expert in the field. She feels fortunate to have studied with a true master and enjoys using what she learned to help couples who are struggling to conceive a child.
Not willing to limit her practice to the treatment of infertility, Christina treats patients of all ages with a wide variety of health issues: low back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, insomnia, anxiety and depression, menopause and other women’s health issues, fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.
In the treatment room, Christina blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with Dr. Tan’s Balance Method, Japanese Acupuncture and lessons from her own clinical experience to provide each patient with the most effective treatment. Through her extensive Chinese herbal dispensary, Christina offers high-potency, high quality herbal formulas designed to accelerate and enhance the healing process.
Christina is an avid runner who lives in the Monadnock Region with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
